Terms of use

ReBajan operates a curated marketplace where buyers purchase pre-loved goods from approved sellers through structured offer, checkout, payment and delivery workflows.

Listings and moderation

Sellers are responsible for accurate descriptions, photographs, condition, ownership and lawful sale. ReBajan may approve, request changes to, reject, or remove a listing to maintain marketplace quality.

Buyers, offers and payment

Offers are binding only through the platform workflow. Payment is not confirmed merely because a buyer reports having paid; ReBajan or the seller must verify receipt.

Delivery and disputes

Eligible purchases use island-wide Markev delivery at the checkout rate shown and locked on the order. Face-to-face pickup is not offered. Returns, refunds, cancellations and dispute handling remain subject to ReBajan’s final published policies and applicable rights.

Account use

Accounts may be suspended for fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, harassment, attempts to bypass safeguards, or material rule violations.
